Entry and Exit
- Please adhere to the scheduled entry and exit times.
- If you wish to extend your booking, kindly contact us 30–60 minutes before your reserved time ends. Extensions are subject to availability and cannot be accommodated if another booking is scheduled.
Booking Changes and Refunds
- To reschedule or cancel your booking, you must contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Same-day rescheduling is not accepted.
- Cancellations made on the same day are non-refundable.
Space Usage and Conduct
- Our space is intended for photoshoots, events, workshops, and other creative activities only. Other uses are not permitted.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
- Please keep noise levels moderate to ensure a pleasant experience for all.
- Music is allowed at a moderate volume that does not disturb others in or around the space.
- The space must be left clean and in the same condition as it was received.
Space Usage and Conduct
- To confirm your booking, a refundable security deposit of SAR 200 is required. The deposit will be returned within 24–48 hours after confirming that no damage has occurred.
- In case of any damage to furniture, equipment, or decor, repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the deposit. If damages exceed the deposit amount, the remaining cost will be charged based on the extent of the damage.
General Terms
- We do not provide photography services, but the space is fully equipped to support a professional photoshoot experience.
- Please ensure all activities comply with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
